With already two other locations within the greater San Diego area, Phantom Lounge & Nightclub was looking to expand their hookah operation within downtown city limits and offer new nightlife amenities to their dedicated patrons.  Across the street from House of Blues and adjacent to neighboring tenant Ra Sushi Bar, the existing 5,000 sf ground floor tanning salon was the ideal location for their new nightclub concept.  The tenant improvement included new restrooms, kitchen, dry storage and bar area, and custom built-in lounge seating throughout.  Equipped with a full liquor license and live entertainment, Phantom Lounge offers more than just premium hookah during the weekend nightlife - custom LED accent wall lighting, state of the art surround audio and visual systems, and a custom built deejay booth, the venue is ideal for hosting live deejay events and large parties for any occasion while enjoying their selective top shelf hookah. The scope also included extensive electrical and plumbing work, additional hvac units, and exterior signs.  Phantom Lounge & Nightclub opened their doors in May 2014.
