Allegro Bistro
The famous wine retailer, 57 Degrees, was looking for a way to integrate into the entertainment market and events at their 10,000 sf location near downtown San Diego. A partnership formed to develop Allegro Bistro, taking up 1,280 sf of the warehouse space as a restaurant and on-site catering establishment. Conversion of an existing storage room included a new bar area, new seating area, full kitchen, new restrooms, power and gas meter upgrades as well as extensive exterior work to provide a spacious outdoor entertaining and seating patio. Being so close to Little Italy and catering to wine enthusiasts, it was fitting to go with an Italian themed menu. Allegro Bistro opened their doors May 2015.
